Our Equipment and Capabilities of Micro Shaft

The shaft plant of Atlas metal have set up for more than 20 years

The production team have average more than 10 years excellent operating experieneces. We have 18 sets of Tsugami, Citizen CNC high precision automatic line, 55 sets of precision cam lathe, 80 sets of super high precision centreless grinding machines, also automatic process grinders, sphere ball-grinders, external cylindrical grinder, surface grinders.

Besides the production, we focus on inpection to guarantee that all the goods perform good at our clients side

We have equiped full sets of inspection facilities, from basic hardness tester , roundness tester to 3D project, automatic laser sorting machine and keyence laser caliper. We are very proud to introduce that we have work with many famous companies in the world, like Xiaomi, samsung, BMW, etc.
